Operating Hours & Special Events
We reserve the right to alter operating hours and classes and on occasion we may also hold programs or events throughout the year that may have an impact on the availability of our facilities and services. Any changes will be advertised on our Social Media platforms.
Equipment Repairs & Maintenance
We have an Asset Management plan in place to ensure our facilities are maintained, as a result on occasion some facilities and / or services may be affected. In the event of these instances we will endeavour to keep you as up to date as possible on our Social Media platforms.
Member Conduct
CSP Management reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel a membership or ask a visitor / member to leave the premises if they are not behaving in a responsible manner or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In the event this occurs CSP are not under any obligation to refund.
Exercise Attire & Etiquette
When utilising the Gym users must wear appropriate clothing, this includes clean and enclosed sports shoes. Mobile phone usage should be kept at a minimum when using equipment.
CSP Gym is considered a non-smoking area. For hygiene reasons we recommend that visitors and members use a towel when using the Gym &/or Studio.
Lost Or Damaged Items
We do not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items when using CSP.
Items of value will be kept in a secure location until the time a Member can collect the item. A full description of the item will need to be provided at the time of collection.
Storage cabinets are provided for use by Members and all belongings can be stored inside a cabinet for your convenience and for the safety of those training in the immediate area.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
CSP engages Gym Mate Business management software to manage and maintain our business. Within Gym Mate, we utilise Ezidebit for all payments and auto debit processing.
All Casual users and Members are required set up a personal log in with Mindbody to able to book into their preferred class or session via our Gym Mate App. Bookings must be made in advance and coaches will take attendance in each class.
MEMBER DETAILS
We ask that Members maintain their personal details in their Member profile by providing us with reasonable notice of change of address, changes in Contact details or change in circumstance.
CSP Membership
CSP Member Benefits include:
- Access to all CSP classes per week as scheduled in Gym Mate for your primary sign up location
- Access to Open Gym times as scheduled in our Gym Mate
- Membership Hold
- Invites to Community events
- A goal setting consultation with one of our coaches and unlimited motivation, coaching and support you help you work towards achieving your goal
CSP Membership options include the following:
- Direct Debit Memberships have a 4-week minimum commitment
- Direct Debit Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- Payments must a be debited from a nominated Bank account or Credit card in Gym Mate
- Debit Membership require 14 days written notice for cancellation
- Upfront Payments can be made in Gym Mate
- Membership Holds are offered for a minimum of 1-week (7 consecutive days) up to a maximum of 6-weeks (42 days). In the event of a Medical Hold that extends beyond the maximum time, we will require a Medical Letter outlining dates to support the payment pause
Casual Usage
Drop in
- Casual Users can make one-off payment for access into a Class or into the Gym during operating hours. Access is allowed for one session and cannot be used to leave and return later.
10 Pass
- Casual Users can purchase a 10 Pass for access into a Class or into the Gym during operating hours. Access is allowed for one session and cannot be used to leave and return later.
- A 10 Class Pass has a 6-month expiry date from date of purchase
- Passes can only be registered to an individual and at the completion of 10 visits a new pass must be purchase misuse or abuse of this may result in pass being cancelled.
- Non-payment shall result in the pass being suspended.
- Membership Holds are not available to 10 Class Pass holders.

Membership Hold Process
- Membership Holds are to allow members to have a break from training for life reasons.
- All request can be emailed to enquiries@cspgym.com.au prior to the on hold start date as holds cannot be back dated
- Please allow up to 5-7 days for Holds to be processed by the CSP Administration team. An email will be sent to the Member once the request has been applied to the Membership.
- Memberships will be automatically reinstated at the conclusion of the end date of the hold or upon maximum limit for the membership
- Medical suspension or extended membership hold may be considered for medical reasons only. This can be backdated, if medical documentation is provided. Medical documentation needs to indicate dates whereby the member was unable to physically exercise, and the Membership cannot have been utilised during the indicated dates. In some instances, a Medical Clearance may be required before returning to exercise.
Rights Of Cancellation & Refund Requests
- Membership cancellation can be requested under the following circumstances:
- In the event of serious illness or injury, bankruptcy or due to relocation more than 15kms away from the Gym.
- In such an event we require 14 days written notice and payment of 2 weeks dues.
- If cancellation is due to serious illness or injury, we will require reasonable evidence in the form of Medical documentation to verify your change of circumstance.
- If cancellation is due to Bankruptcy, we will require reasonable evidence verify your change of circumstance.
- If cancellation is due to relocation, we will require reasonable evidence in the form of a signed lease or new utility bill to verify your change of situation.
- For cancellation of membership within the minimum commitment, we require 14 days written notice, payment of 2 weeks and an Admin Fee of $100 may also be applicable.
Refunds for can be requested under the following circumstances:
- Medical Reason – In the event of serious illness or injury we will require reasonable evidence in the form of Medical documentation to verify your change of circumstance.
- Bankruptcy – In the event of personal bankruptcy we will require reasonable evidence verify your change of circumstance
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. We do not pass your information onto any other person or business.
If you do not wish to receive email, SMS or mail correspondence from us regarding your Membership, special offers or promotions then please send us an email or letter confirming that you wish to unsubscribe from such methods of communication.
Complaints Handling

Please include all detail relating to your complaint. We will do all that is reasonably and practicably possible to assess the merits of the complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
