BIOGRAPHY

Born  Sydney, Australia

In his early years he loved to play with his bubble mower, dress up in superhero outfits and was a soccer super star from age 4. During his teenage years Todd’s passion was Basketball and Rugby where he played first 5 for St Pats and first 15 Rugby for West Harbour

As these boys entered adulthood they all ended up living in the same local area. Their shared passion for sports would eventually lead them to each other
They discovered that beyond sport, they shared a strong sense of community and mateship and thought how cool it would be to own and train with their bros every day.

and so they did

Complete Strength Performance was officially opened on 14 July 2014 at Concord Oval

What started as a palace for 3 mates to train together with other like minded people has become a place where all members of the local community, irrespective of age, socioeconomic status, experience and ability are welcome to spend time learning, sharing and supporting each other to live a better life

Complete Strength Performance, often referred to as CSP has opened its doors to various sporting teams and held fundraising events to support our community

In May 2018 CSP announced a partnership with Coaching Zone a change in premises to Harris Road, Five Dock

  • Many lives have been touched by the values and vision of these 3 men who just wanted to;
  • Be with friends, Give opportunity to everyone, Celebrate and promote fitness and be active community members

Here, our CSP Community continued to grow welcoming new coaches, members and families.

Over the next few years Complete Strength Performance faced big changes in the fitness industry including 2 years of Covid impacts and closures. During this time our community stayed strong in support of all the changes we faced in the industry and in society.

One major change for CSP included Todd moving out of the CSP gym space and into new business opportunities. Although sad to not see Todd in the gym as much, he continued to advocate and support CSP from afar

Amongst these very unsuual times we were blessed with an opportunity to add to our CSP story out in Western Sydney in 2020. It was here that we welcomed Louis, who took the lead in opening and operating CSP Seven Hills.

Fast forward to 2023 and back in the Inner West we found it was time to wrap up at CSP Five Dock and we offically concluded classes on Saturday 17 June 2023. We celebrated 5 years of good memories, members and mates at a small and intimate Farewell to Five Dock event. We took this opportunity to show our gratitude to those that supported us from Concord Oval and at Harris Road.

It was here where Shane announced that he was taking up an opportunity to move across into an exiciting new role with UFC.

With so much change you may wonder whats next for CSP

CSP GYM – Inner West commenced operation in June 2023 at a new South Strathfield location

CSP GYM – Inner West including CSP Athlete Factory is also looking forward to opening our brand new gym, right next door to West Ashfield with the support of the Holman Barnes Group

CSP Athlete Factory Coaches continue to provide coaching support to community groups, schools and to sporting organisations

CSP GYM – Seven Hills continues to support our Western Sydney community in and out of the gym

CSP Performance programs at CSP Seven Hills will continue to support the students from Hills Sports High, local sports teams/clubs and individual athletes looking to get an edge in their chosen sport/discpline
